Hyldetoftegaard A/S is Looking for a Team Leader

At Hyldetoftegaard, our main focus areas are the cultivation and production of strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries in greenhouses and tunnels, as well as organic strawberries in the open field.
Our products are delivered to most leading Danish supermarkets and specialty stores.
The entire process – from cultivation to harvest and packing – is handled internally.
In the packing department, products are handled manually and packed ready for delivery.
The Position:
As a team leader, you will be a central part of the packing team and serve as the owner’s closest partner.
You will share responsibility for the daily management of the packing department and actively participate in performing daily production tasks.
Together with the team, you will ensure efficient production with consistently high quality. Other tasks may arise that require flexibility and responsibility.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Daily leadership and coordination of packing department employees in collaboration with the employer.
Implementing quality assurance and control measures.
Participating in the preparation of production orders.
Assigning and prioritizing tasks within the team.
Maintaining ongoing communication and collaboration with colleagues and other teams.
We expect you to:
Be reliable and responsible.
Be flexible and adaptable.
Thrive in a collaborative environment and work well in a team.
Have proficiency in written and spoken English, as the workforce is international.
Be able to operate a pallet stacker; a forklift license is an advantage.
Hold a valid driver’s license (Category B).
Working Hours:
Working hours may vary, as the company is seasonal. The high season runs from the beginning of June to the end of October. Weekend work should also be expected.
Possible Start Date: May 1, 2026 – we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
Salary: To be agreed upon based on qualifications.
